The Pavilion Restaurant is part of the West Coast Academy of Hospitality and Tourism and offers a great dining experience to the public at very reasonable rates. Menus are seasonal and reflect the high standard of training being offered at this TAFE college - with an international staff dedicated to delivering excellence.

A look at some of the glass menu boards Angela was invited to create for The Bay Tree Deli. This small but busy cafe is adjacent to the Barista Academy and offers fresh cooked food to students and the general public, created by students and apprentices undergoing their training.

Angela gained a Certificate II in Commercial Cookery (6 months full time) during the first half of 2005 at the new West Coast Academy of Hospitality & Tourism.
