Angela gained a Certificate II in Commercial Cookery (6 months full time) during the first half of 2005 at the new West Coast Academy of Hospitality & Tourism. while Scott Alfonso on the right (hailing from America ) is currently working at a restaurant in Perth.	Jean Daniel's famous pate is always a big drawcard on the menu at the Jolly Frog - here he is, divulging his secret recipe for Angela at last !!
